To assist the Church and the Parish, Thurgarton Parish Council have agreed to pay 50% of the cost of the upkeep of the cemetery grounds for 1 year, some £553. It is hoped that volunteers will become available or parishioners will donate funds towards the future upkeep of the cemetery grounds.
