Please consult the ‘Hire Agreement’ and ‘Entertainment Licence’ (opposite), then simply email your completed Booking Form to the Bookings Secretary at villagehall.thurgarton@gmail.com
You will then be emailed back by the Bookings Secretary who will be able to confirm your booking and also answer any questions you may have.
